DESCRIPTION:A short introduction covering the underlying strategy and practice of liaising with the police within the context of nonviolent civil disobedience at protest actions. If you are interested in getting involved in police liaison for your site or group in upcoming actions\, this introduction will cover the basic dos and don’t \, hows and whys of what has evolved into a strategic part of the rebellion. It will be a basic workshop lasting around 90 minutes. \nIdeally participants should have NVDA training\, Know Your Rights training and some action experience.
