Well-being

We help people to be vulnerable and able to share when they’ve made mistakes or need help; creating shared trust and interdependence, where people feel safe enough to be able to volunteer in a way that is manageable in the long term.

Well-being

Open well-being sessions

This will be an open, accepting, and confidential space for people to drop into and express their emotional needs. As an example, this may involve wanting to discuss issues around others behaviours, stress from within the movement, or discrimination and unconscious bias.

Expect for Karen, we are not trained professionals but we hope to offer a space for people to feel heard, to work together in co-curating solutions, and to share the valuable resources we have.
