What is it like for a dairy farmer to transition away from animal agriculture to veganic farming?

In this instalment of Stream of Solidarity we welcome Laurence Candy, who is doing just that. Laurence is one of a growing number farmers setting a trend in animal agriculture, as he is makes the transition away from dairy to a fully veganic farm. What are the benefits? What are the difficulties? What support is available to our precious farmers who are making the transition that we all need them to take?
