Action Wellbeing is an essential part of creating a regenerative action. It promotes the wellbeing of ourselves and others, strengthening connection and resilience. The training will explore some techniques including active listening, grounding and self soothing exercises, roles within Action Wellbeing, and what it might look like on the ground. This online workshop explores issues surrounding consent, sexual harassment, and rape culture. It aims to provide participants with a more in-depth understanding of what good consent looks like. It is an interactive workshop and participants are encouraged to contribute. Through this workshop and our introductory workshop, we hope to normalise discussions about consent in activist spaces, as we believe that consent should be at the heart of our values as activists.
